Platform Assessment
The Platform Assessment gives you a thorough overview of the current state of your Salesforce org. It's an ideal starting point for a new project, preparing for a migration, taking stock, or understanding the full potential of AI in your org. Within 5 to 10 business days after access is granted, you receive a comprehensive results report covering all relevant findings. Recurring Platform Reviews

How we safely access and protect your Salesforce environment
Access is read-only through a connection you authorise and can revoke at any time. We hold the access token only temporarily during the analysis and discard it afterwards. Nothing is installed in your org, and no AppExchange package is required.
Data model, flows, Apex code, configuration, and aggregate statistics only. No individual business records are ever accessed.
We work by the principle of data minimisation. Your data is processed in a local analysis environment. It is not passed to external third-party services. As soon as personal data is involved, we conclude a Data Processing Agreement under Art. 28 GDPR with you as the controller.
Your metadata is never sent to AI models. The evaluation runs on our own analysis framework rather than an AI model. Because these checks are rule-based and deterministic, identical data always produces the same result.
Common questions
Metadata only: data model, code, automations, configuration, and aggregate stats. Business records such as accounts, contacts, and opportunities are never read. The one exception is the User Health module, which reads user data such as names, emails, or login activity. That module can be left out on request, though. After access is granted, a Platform Assessment typically takes 5 to 10 business days to the delivered PDF.
